| Hard to Predict
It has been difficult to predict traffic patterns at the gym these days. Lately, Mondays have been insane, but this past Monday morning was empty. Sometimes I think that bad weather makes the gym more crowded since people do not exercise outdoors. Yet other times, the gym is bursting at the seams on the nicest of days. Today was a light Tuesday; of course, I prefer when it is not crowded. I've found that Fridays are usually pretty busy, pre-weekend. Holidays are crowded too.
What gym patterns to do you observe?

| Three Week Countdown
Thanksgiving is three weeks from today. Just wanted to announce and remind of that fact.

| Packed Gym The fitness center has been absolutely packed these days. I guess it is a good thing that people are more health-conscious, but us "regulars" are a little annoyed. This morning, there were lists for equipment with five names each. This reminds me of the usual New Year's Rush, but it has come early this year. Good thing that the expansion project is in the works! | | |
| Filled to the Brim I filled the candy bowl to the brim for today's neighborhood children. I have lollipops, Skittles, and Crunch bars. Halloween is one day a year when I like being interrupted and hearing the doorbell ring. I hope that we have many visitors. Leftover candy will end up in the bowl at work. | | |
| Costumed Cuties Three-year-olds in Halloween costumes are so cute! This morning while working out, the preschool class paraded through the fitness center. A variety of characters including a cheerleader, Dorothy, Batman, and Tigger marched around the equipment, waving and saying, "Happy Halloween!" I recall despising the Halloween parade in fifth grade; preschool and younger elementary school students really enjoy their annual costume brigades. I'm looking forward to distributing candy on Saturday! | | |
